They said about Belgrade
Jack Nicholson
„I came to Belgrade also because I had never been in this environment, in the east of Europe. In a short time I established two things, very important for me: the food is excellent, and the approach to films is much more intellectual than in America.“
The New York Times
„Night falls in the capital of the former Yugoslavia and music fills the air. Everywhere.“
Samuel Beckett
„I am particularly impressed by the bright and warm atmosphere of Belgrade.“
Momo Kapor
„Belgrade is not in Belgrade, because Belgrade, in fact, is not a city - it is a metaphor, a way of life, an angle of looking at things.“
